Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Due to us being a print on demand company, we do not currently accept returns that are not defected, broken, or in some way different from what is described in our product details. Please read our refund policy carefully. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send a Return Request e-mail, store@kbean.com within (30) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. Kbean will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. Kbean will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision. 

When you send an e-mail, please include following information.

1 Order number

2 e-mail address

3 Physical mailing address

4 Phone number

5 Specify the items to return

6 Reason for return which must be either goods are damaged or defective

7 Attach picture of the damaged or defective products attached

To return an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging with original tags and mail your return to the the address of the fulfilment center that it was shipped from. There will be a return address on the packaging. If the packaging for some reason does not have a return address, please contact customer service at store@kbean.com and the correct address will be provided. 

Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Kbean will reimburse the customer with the shipping fee in addition to the cost of the product if the refund is granted.
